IEEE Virtual Bootcamp Under IEEE R-10 SAC Membership Development & Leadership training 2021.

A 7-day virtual event will be hosted focusing on the development of leadership skills among the participants. The event will help participants gain new dimensions in the field of technology, the event will comprise all aspects of IEEE including technical, non-technical, professional development and interviews. The main objective of this event is to instil the notion among the participants about innovation, increment of Strategic & critical thinking skills, startup ideas, awareness on Covid-19 and also continuing education. The aim is to explore new dimensions in the field of innovation as an innovative leader is always open to new ideas and dimensions, also decision-making skills & inquisitiveness. DAY 1 :- Inaugural session and talk on “Fantastic Five, the 5 Soft Skills Every Technical Professional Should Develop”. By Honorable chief guest

DAY 2 :- Session on “Things to know about Covid-19”. By Dr. Ashish Kumar Kanojia

DAY 3 :- Session on “Moulding Ideas into Rewarding Business Models” . 
By Dr. J. Ramkumar.

DAY 4 :- WIE session “Significance of women as Engineer” and “Role of stem in shaping future technocrats”. By Ms. Jenifer Castillo (IEEE WIE chair, USA).

DAY 5 :- A professional development interview session with IEEE Graduate Student Member on how IEEE helps to shape our career.

DAY 6 :- An interactive quiz competition, “Cognizance of IEEE”. Outlook’21 #videocontest.

DAY 7 :- Debate competition on “Girls should be encouraged and supported to enter the ‘stem’ research field”.
